90 mm Cabinet Hinge Repair Plates and Three Hinge-Kit Types
The square-plate cards show one 9 cm by 9 cm plate and print 7.4 cm, 3.2 cm, 0.8 cm, 1.2 cm, 1.4 cm, 0.5 cm, 0.2 cm, 3.9 cm, 1.8 cm, 4.4 cm, 4.8 cm, and 3.5 cm. Those four cards differ by the footer quantity: 1, 2, 4, or 8 pieces. Each of them labels the screw inset as mounting screws x 6. The small plate is a different part, drawn in millimeters: 90 mm wide, 50 mm high, with 78 mm, 36 mm, 48 mm, 35 mm, 32 mm, 12 mm, and 11 mm. It has no screw count on the card. Six other options add hinges and are not interchangeable: 1 full-overlay straight-arm hinge with 2 plates, 1 half-overlay cranked-arm hinge with 2 plates, 1 inset large-bend hinge with 2 plates, or 2 hinges of the same type with 4 plates. Those kit cards say screws are included and do not print a count. A packing poster for the square plate prints 6 screws at 35×15 mm and a single-pack weight of 37 g. A diagram says one plate covers one side, and that 2 plates are needed when both the cup hole and the base hole are damaged. The same diagram shows the round opening lining up with 2 small holes on the hinge cup, and 4 small holes on the plate lining up with 6 holes on the hinge base.
